The quality of our jewelry is very important to us, to control this qualitative condition we make sure to always have the best and most noble materials.
This is why most of our jewelry is made of stainless steel: they are not afraid of water, perfume or hydroalcoholic gel, their color will not change. In addition, surgical steel is ideal when you are prone to allergies, we advise you to disinfect the jewelry well before wearing it and then you will have no problem.
All the stones that adorn our jewelry are real, semi-precious stones, such as Lapis-Lazuli, Onyx, Mother-of-pearl.
We also offer our customers 3 micron* (minimum) gold-plated brass jewelry, a more noble material, gold plating is very resistant.
*The density of the gold layer is expressed in microns. A minimum of 3 microns is required for a plating to be considered as such. Below this, the plating is not resistant and is very likely not to last beyond a few months. In this case, the jewelry is gilded with fine gold (1 to 2 microns).
Stainless steel, also called surgical, is hypoallergenic. If you have a strong tendency to allergies, especially in your ears, don't worry, we simply advise you to disinfect the earrings before each use, and everything will be fine😄

The jewelry is first packed in a small individual pouch, then placed in a small Kraft envelope and finally in their travel packaging a small bubble pouch. If your order includes several pieces of jewelry, we may favor a small cardboard box to avoid packing them too tightly.
In order to best choose your size whether it is on a blouse or jeans, we advise you first to read the item description carefully. We try as much as possible to include the most important details in order to choose your piece. Note that most of the time the sizes are well represented (ie if you are a 38 choose a M/38).
For us the sizes are as follows:
XS = 34 // S = 36 // M = 38 // L = 40
But also, to help you, we are very present at your side to make your online experience as pleasant and monitored as in store. We are present on the CHAT (small bubble at the bottom right) ask us all the necessary questions.

Our stocks are always limited in order to bring you new products every week. You can follow the available quantities of all our items on the site.

Nothing could be simpler! We send weekly little messages on WhatsApp with photos of our new products! All you have to do is send us a message with your first name and tell us that you want to be added to the mailing list and that's it!
You can also subscribe to The Store Newsletter by entering your email on the home page of the site ✅
You will then be up to date with all the information concerning us (new products, private sales, etc.)
Packages are shipped from Tuesday to Saturday before 5 p.m. If you placed your order before 5 p.m. it will be shipped the same day, otherwise the next day.
Allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
No worries! Leave a note when ordering informing us of the urgency and we will do our best to process your order as a priority.
Please note that the time you place your order is important. If you wish to receive your package the next day, we will need to be informed as soon as possible the day before in order to send it expressly.
You accumulate points with each purchase (1€ = 5 points) when you reach 1000 points you get a 12€ voucher.
Of course, in store or on thestore.fr, all your purchases allow you to accumulate points. When paying online, fill in your customer account if you already have one or create one by indicating the same email address as the one given in store to have access to your points.
