Return policy
The Store offers you the possibility of replacing or returning the items if they do not correspond. However, there are certain conditions:
- You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to return any article to us at your expense;
- The products must be returned not worn, unwanted, not deteriorated, not worn with their labels of origins;
- If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.
- The items purchased in periods of sales or during exceptional sales (sales, private sales, VIP sales, flash sales, only accessory) are not accepted and cannot be refunded, exchange or have.
- Once the item has been received by our services it will be checked, then refunded or replacement according to your choice.
- These rules apply only for an online purchase. Note that shopping in stores can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or a credit, we do not make any reimbursement in store.
In the event of a problem, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Shipping and referral costs are your responsibility.
