Let's not beat around the bush, even if they all lead to Rome, the Bellini is the iconic cocktail of the majestic city of Venice. Created in the late 1940s by a certain Giuseppe Cipriani, then owner of the prestigious Harry's Bar in the City of the Doges, it is made with prosecco and peach nectar, preferably white. Its orange-pink color gives it a nice dose of sensuality... and is also said to have inspired its creator's name, in homage to the famous Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini, who particularly liked these tones.
