The Store offers you the possibility to replace or return the items if they do not match. However, there are certain conditions:
- you have 14 days from receipt of the order to return any item to us at your expense;
- products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn with their original labels;
- If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.
- Items purchased during sales periods or during exceptional sales (sales, private sales, VIP sales, flash sales, accessories only) are not accepted and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.
- Once the item is received by our services it will be checked, then refunded or replaced according to your choice.
- These rules apply only to online purchases. Please note that in-store purchases can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or credit, we do not provide in-store refunds.
- Seasonal and sale items are not accepted.
