Articles out of stock: If an item comes from a different warehouse to guarantee its availability, deadlines can be slightly extended.

Return policy
The Store offers you the possibility of replacing or returning the items if they do not correspond. However, there are certain conditions:
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to return any article to us at your expense;
The products must be returned not worn, unwanted, not deteriorated, not worn with their labels of origins;
If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.
The items purchased in periods of sales or during exceptional sales (sales, private sales, VIP sales, flash sales, only accessory) are not accepted and cannot be refunded, exchange or have.
Once the item has been received by our services it will be checked, then refunded or replacement according to your choice.
These rules apply only for an online purchase. Note that shopping in stores can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or a credit, we do not make any reimbursement in store.
